20ft Expandable Folding House Beige with Black Frame

The 20ft expandable folding house is built for customers who want a permanent-feeling building that can still be relocated. It ships folded, is craned into position, and then opens into a 37 m2 insulated living space. All finishes - ceiling, wall panels, floor, lighting and power outlets - are completed under factory conditions, so quality does not depend on local labour. Connecting two units side by side or stacking them is also possible when a larger floor plan is needed.

This version uses warm beige wall panels with black frames around the windows and door. Beige is chosen when the unit has to sit in a natural or residential setting: farmland, vineyards, campsites, parks and coastal plots, where pure white can look too clinical and grey looks too industrial. The tone also hides dust and road film better than white, which reduces cleaning on unpaved sites. With the black frames and the standard PVC double-glazed windows, the elevation stays crisp while blending into the landscape.

Every unit sits on a galvanised steel frame built from national-standard square tube and bent sections. The top and bottom beams run the full length of the body and continue into the wings through 130 mm galvanised hinges, so the opened floor is level and rigid. Electrostatic powder coating with an anti-corrosion undercoat gives the frame a long service life even in wet or coastal climates.

The envelope uses 950-type EPS colour steel sandwich panels: 50 mm on the roof and inner ceiling, 65 mm on the side, front and rear walls and on the wing roofs, and 50 mm for internal partitions. Glass magnesium board of 18 mm forms the floor across the main body and both wings, giving a rigid, moisture-resistant deck that accepts laminate or PVC finishes.
