Description
The folding container house is a practical answer to temporary and semi-permanent accommodation. It is produced as a complete steel-framed module, transported in its folded state and expanded on site into around 14-15 m2 of floor area. Every service - power, lighting, switches and sockets - is pre-installed and tested, so the buyer receives a finished room instead of a shell. The galvanised frame and powder-coated finish are specified for repeated handling and years of outdoor exposure.
This folding container house is the simplest and fastest product in the range. Unlike the double-wing models it does not expand sideways: the roof lifts and the end walls fold, so the unit keeps its footprint and collapses to roughly a sixth of its height. That is what allows a dozen units to travel in one container, which makes the per-unit freight cost the lowest of any product we build. White panels with black frames give it a clean, modern appearance suitable for camps, rental fleets and emergency housing.
