30ft Expandable Folding House White

The 30ft expandable folding house is a practical answer to temporary and semi-permanent accommodation. It is produced as a complete steel-framed module, transported in its folded state and expanded on site into around 56 m2 of floor area. Every service - power, lighting, switches and sockets - is pre-installed and tested, so the buyer receives a finished room instead of a shell. The galvanised frame and powder-coated finish are specified for repeated handling and years of outdoor exposure.

At 30 ft this model steps up to a genuine family plan: 56 m2 arranged as two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom, sleeping three to six people. The all-white panel finish keeps the larger elevation bright and clean and suits residential plots, staff housing compounds and holiday rentals where several people share the unit. Structurally it uses heavier galvanised sections than the 20 ft model - 80 x 140 mm top and bottom side beams - because the span is longer.

Every unit sits on a galvanised steel frame built from national-standard square tube and bent sections. The top and bottom beams run the full length of the body and continue into the wings through 130 mm galvanised hinges, so the opened floor is level and rigid. Electrostatic powder coating with an anti-corrosion undercoat gives the frame a long service life even in wet or coastal climates.

The envelope uses 950-type EPS colour steel sandwich panels: 50 mm on the roof and inner ceiling, 65 mm on the side, front and rear walls and on the wing roofs, and 50 mm for internal partitions. Glass magnesium board of 18 mm forms the floor across the main body and both wings, giving a rigid, moisture-resistant deck that accepts laminate or PVC finishes.
